Terms and Conditions
1. | Bookings are subject to acceptance on a first-come-first-served basis and seat availability. |
2. | All tours will be organised for a specific minimum number of people. All tours will be organised exclusively for the 39th ICDPPC delegates and their guests by one or more than one designated tour operator(s). However, if the number of the 39th ICDPPC delegates and their guests enrolled for a tour does not reach the minimum number of participants of the tour, the tour operator will accept non-39th ICDPPC participants to enroll for the tour. |
3. | The tour fees collected by the Conference Secretariat will be paid to designated tour operator(s), the Conference Host and the Conference Secretariat have no interference on the tour prices listed above. Tour fees include one bottle of drinking water, a round-trip transfer and English-speaking guide service throughout the tours, unless otherwise specified. Tentative pick-up points are Kowloon Shangri-La and The Salisbury – YMCA. |
4. | Final tour arrangements are subject to change in weather conditions and minimum quota requirements. In the event of cancellation of tours, the only liability of the Conference Secretariat is to refund the tour fees paid. |
5. | All tours are provided by designated tour operator(s). The Conference Host and the Conference Secretariat try the best to ensure the quality of the tours, but have no liability with respect to any wrongful acts of these tour operator(s) or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from your interactions with the tour operator(s). Participants are advised to arrange personal travel insurance to cover loss incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and loss/damage of personal property although the tour operator has standard insurance coverage. |

Payment Policy
Cancellation charge will be applied as follows if written cancellation notice is received:
On or before 30 August 2017 | 50% of the tour fee |
After 30 August 2017 | 100% of the tour fee |
In the event of no-show, payment is non-refundable. Name change may be allowed on the condition that the Conference Secretariat receives the written notice 14 working days before the tours.
The Conference Host acknowledges Hong Kong Tourism Board for the use of the photos.
